Show & other related Fees

Split Haul Fee: (depending on how many horses)Minimum $35.

Show Day Fee: NO fees if horse in training or in lesson program if coaching only! Show day fee: $20 per day if riding & coaching. Show Day feee: if not currently taking lessons or horse not in training $30 per day

Trailer Loading Fee: $50 per hour (at your location) $30 per hour (at Bar W)

There will be a commission of 8% commission per sale of any horse presented by Bar W Equestrian Center or Willie Matthews including while stabled there. In Addition, any previously introduced buyers to that horse, if horse is sold a commission is still due to Bar W Equestrian Center.

Owner is responsible for additional feed cost, shavings that might occur while at show.

Add'l Hay for show $5 per bale, No partial bales

Owner responsible for any & all show fees, stall, tack stalls, office fees, entry fees. Banding: $20

Clipping: $15 Bathing: $10
